Jak obnovit smazané kontakty na Sim kartě z telefonu

Matka má Aligator A870 podařilo se mě smazat všechny kontakty jak ze Sim karty tak s telefonu.Aligator A870 načetl jen pamětovou kartu musel jsem vše předělat do mého telefonu kde se mě načetla i SIM karta.Zkoušel jsem testdisk ale nevím jak dál:

Tak to se omlouvám myslel jsem že když mám Linux Mint a chtěl jsem jen poradit jak v Linux Mintu používat program testdik.
Díval jsem se tento návod
