Wi-Fi na notebooku ASUS X552

Prosím o radu ako nainštalovať ovládač na WiFi. Je tam Qualcomm Atheros AR9485WB-EG Wireless Network Adapter . A Linux Mint 17 KDE/64 ho nedokázal nainštalovať sám.

Zdravím.
Já mám ntb Asus X550VB a u těchto řad(X55x) to bude asi častý problém. Hádám, že když zapínáš wifi, tak se hned přepne zpět na off.

Rovnou můžeš do terminálu zkusit:

rfkill list all

- zcela jistě tam budeš někde mít hardblocked=yes.


Nejdříve ale nainstaluj aktualizace z Update Manageru, případně do terminálu:

apt-get update && apt-get upgrade && apt-get dist-upgrade

(píchni ntb do lanky popř. sdílej internet jinak(wifi->mobil->usb např )


Po restartu ntb pak wifi nejspíše půjde, můžeš zkusit uspávání/suspend a probouzení pc zda-li to narušuje funkčnost wifi. Klávesová zkratka Fn+F2 rovněž nebude asi dvakrát funkční.


Doporučil bych hned nahodit nový kernel a vyzkoušet jestli wifi stabilně funguje popřípadně Fn+f2.

Pokud wifi nebude správně fungovat popř. i nastanou i jiné problémy na novém kernelu, vždy můžeš zvolit v grubu původní kernel a dále už pomůže jedině tento návod:

Ale je možné že už se vše v novém kernelu zlepšilo a problémy s wifi a klávesovou zkratkou byly vyřešeny.
Případně pročti zkušenosti ostatních ve výše zmíněném topicu na ubuntuforums.

Sám jsem aplikoval postup z ubuntuforums, ale po nahození nového kernelu mi přišlo, že wifi funguje snad ještě lépe, momentálně ale na notebooku aktivně nepracuji a nejsem schopen říct jak pohnuli s opravami, jak to vše šlape... navíc nový kernel může přinášet i jiné problémy, pamatuji na nějaký nevysvětlitelný error, který ale neohrožuje funkčnost systému, nýbrž štve tím, že se ukazuje .

Ve zkratce: s těmito novými notebooky bude ještě sranda(pro zajímavost mi můžeš napsat jaký disk máš v ntb, ten můj je dobrá šunka ). Až bude čas a nálada tak se na to mrknu více.

Doufám, že jsem aspoň trochu pomohl.

A mozes skusit stlacit sucasne tlacitka fn a f1
alebo fn a sucasne ine tlacitko ktore sluzi na uspanie notebooku.
Ak sa uspi, potom stlacit na zobudenie hlavny vypinac, ktorym zapinas notebook.
Potom kukni ci funguje wifi.

Tak bohužiaľ nepomohlo a wifi je stále nefunkčná.

Ako pisal kolega hore, wifi je hardverovo zablokovana.
Na odblokovanie sa pouziva prikaz:

alebo podla ciselneho oznacenia

Toto by malo stacit na odblokovanie, keby tam uz nebol dalsi problem.
Lenze v tvojom prpade mas dalsi problem s nefunkcnimi Klavesovymi skratkami fn+f2

Zdravim. Jsem absolutni kojenec co se tyce linuxu ale mam stejny problem. Zkusil jsem vse co je zde uvedeno ale nic nepomohlo. Horsi je ze se nemuzu pripojit ani kabelem. Proste mi to nedinguje. Wifi je broadcom 4313 a lan realtek. Diky za kazdou pomoc
