Well, 'official', Clem haven't said anything about this, but we want it to be 'official'

Exactly, we try to be accepted our project http://www.linux-mint-czech.cz (including this forum) as a official CZ-SK Linux Mint community.

So, now we are official Czech Linux Mint community - accepted here http://www.linuxmint.com/community.php?id=24

It's also good idea to inform users that they can use english language if they want help from Polish side.
