Jaké rozlišení pro monitor 23"

Ahoj mám monitor Beng 23" G2320HDB, jaké je pro mě optimální rozlišení? Měl jsem nastavené 1280x960 ale zjistil jsem, že to bylo asi zdeformované tak jsem si teď nastavil 1440x900 a už je to asi poměrově OK
